These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your access to and use of the ZameendarPK platform, including its website and all associated services. By accessing or using the ZameendarPK platform, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from using our website or services.

ZameendarPK reserves the right to modify, amend, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. USER SUBMISSIONS

Any content, material, or information you submit to ZameendarPK — including questions, reviews, comments, feedback, and suggestions (“Submissions”) — shall become the sole property of ZameendarPK and will not be returned to you. By posting reviews or comments, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your name or username in connection with such content.

You are prohibited from using a false email address, impersonating any person or entity, or misleading us or third parties in any Submissions. ZameendarPK may, at its sole discretion, remove or edit any Submissions.

Shipping & Delivery Policy — ZameendarPK

INTRODUCTION

ZameendarPK is committed to delivering your agricultural products safely and on time across Pakistan. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver Nationwide across Pakistan, including:

• Punjab (Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sadiqabad, Rahim Yar Khan, and all other cities)
• Sindh (Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, and surrounding areas)
• KPK (Peshawar, Abbottabad, and surrounding areas)
• Balochistan (Quetta and major cities)
• Azad Kashmir & Gilgit-Baltistan (selected areas)

DELIVERY TIME

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Free Shipping on orders above a certain amount (as displayed on website at checkout)
• Shipping charges for larger orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout
• Shipping charges may vary depending on location and order weight

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on Sunday / Public Holidays will be processed the next business day
• You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is dispatched

COURIER PARTNERS

ZameendarPK uses trusted courier services for delivery, including:

• TCS
• Leopards Courier
• PostEx
• Pakistan Post (for remote areas)

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the respective courier’s website.

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

• Take clear photos of the product and packaging
• Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

• Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in original condition
• Opened or used products cannot be returned due to the nature of agricultural chemicals
• Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong

IMPORTANT NOTES

• ZameendarPK is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order
• In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier will try to contact you. If unreachable, the order may be returned to us

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING

ZameendarPK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason. We may request additional verification from you — including your phone number and address — before processing your order.

ZameendarPK strives to provide accurate pricing on its website. However, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an item is mispriced, we may contact you for revised instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. This right applies whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment has been received.

TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS

All intellectual property rights related to the ZameendarPK platform — including its website design, text, graphics, software, photos, videos, logos, and all related content — remain the exclusive property of ZameendarPK. All contents are protected under Pakistan’s copyright laws and applicable international conventions. All rights are expressly reserved.

LEGAL DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute between you and ZameendarPK, we aim to resolve it in a neutral, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through direct contact before pursuing formal legal alternatives. We will consider reasonable requests for alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted exclusively by the laws of Pakistan. Each party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, Pakistan, and waives any objections based on venue or inconvenient forum.

ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall be held in Sadiqabad / Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan, conducted in the Urdu or English language, and governed by the laws of Pakistan. The arbitrator shall be a legally trained individual with experience in commercial matters and shall be independent of either party.

ZameendarPK reserves the right to seek protection of its intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive relief or other equitable remedies through courts of competent jurisdiction.
